7,600 circular pieces of paper placed around the entire 1110 meter perimeter of Halifax Public Gardens.

The Public Guarded installation allows pedestrians circling outside Halifax public gardens fence perimeter to participate in a step-by-step animated experience. The five-minute animation comprised of 7,600 isolated frames reflects the daily flow of traffic around the park. The curated group show featured artists Adam Kelly, Steven Kelly, Eleanor King, Craig Leonard, Scott Saunders, Mitchell Weibe, Wes Johnston, Jesse Mitchell, Valerie Salez, and Michael Fernandes.
