Bio
Anne Macmillan is an emerging visual and new media based artist who lives and works in Halifax Nova Scotia. In her studio practice she makes drawings and sculptures using a process that is structured by rules or constraints. She is interested in the perceived authority of quantification and has a deep respect for the paradox of achieving more with less.
Anne is also a freelance videographer and motion graphics artist who is currently developing her portfolio.
